UK orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be processed, packaged and sent that day. The website will present the expected shipping date for each item in the item page.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY: Please note, if delivery is refused the cost of return will be deducted from your discount which is a fee of £5.95.

International orders may take an additional 1-2 days to be despatched.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and may vary depending on your delivery country. If delivery is refused and the parcel is returned to us, you will be refunded minus 10% of the value of you order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

USA: We ship all orders going to the USA with UPS Express and have a fixed price for this in our checkout. This service comes with premium tracking and is delivered within just 24 to 48 hours from dispatch. 

IMPORT DUTY: No import duty is charged on order under $800.00

Orders over $800 will be subject to import duty, taxes and fees by your local customs office. Unfortunately we are unable to influence these import fees which may be payable when goods are purchased over the set de minimis value for your country. Import taxes and fees are therefore additional to the delivery costs associated with your order. Whilst we do everything possible to minimise these fees, we are legally bound to declare the content and value of the goods we send. If in any doubt please contact your country's customs department before you order.
