Great news! We provide FREE 48-hour shipping on all UK orders over £50!
After that, we have a variety of options for our UK customers. These include:
United Kingdom:
Click and Collect (Free)
Tracked 48 Service (2 Working Days from day of dispatch - On Orders Made Before 12 noon) £3.95 or Free delivery on all orders over £50.00
Royal Mail 24 (Next Working Day from day of dispatch - On Orders Made Before 12 noon) £6.95.
Please note an estimated date of dispatch is presented on each product on the product page.
Despatch Times:
UK orders placed before 12 Noon Mon-Fri will be processed, packaged and sent that day if immediately available. However, the website will present the expected shipping date and delivery date for each item on the item page.
Refusal of Delivery:
Please note that if delivery is refused the cost of return will be deducted from your discount, which is a fee of £5.95 including the cost of postage. If the item is refused overseas for any customs and duty fees. Then the cost of the return will also be deducted from your refund, alongside the cost of shipping.

We ship all orders going to the USA via UPS Express (DDP), Duties and Taxes Paid. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay delivered to your door. This service is a premium service and is delivered within just 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.

You may be charged import duty, taxes and fees by your local customs office. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence these import fees, which may be payable when goods are purchased over the set de minimis value for your country. Import taxes and fees are therefore additional to the delivery costs associated with your order.
Whilst we do everything possible to minimise these fees, we are legally bound to declare the content and value of the goods we send. If in any doubt, please contact your country's customs department before you order.

Customs Charges:
Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and may vary depending on your delivery country. If delivery is refused and the parcel is returned to us, you will be refunded minus 10% of the value of you order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will only contact you should your order go over the weight restrictions and further fees may apply.
