Animalife Vetrofen Intense

Help support your horse’s comfort, mobility and recovery with Animalife Vetrofen Intense. Designed for horses in demanding work as well as older horses requiring additional support, this complementary feed can be used during periods of increased activity or as part of a longer-term routine.

Vetrofen Intense contains a proprietary blend of Scutellaria baicalensis and Acacia catechu, formulated to provide antioxidant support for the body’s natural inflammatory response. It can be mixed into your horse’s usual feed and is suitable for joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Feeding guide

One heaped 5ml scoop provides approximately 3.5g.

Use the loading rate for up to 10 days before moving to the appropriate intense-use or maintenance rate. Where practical, divide the daily amount between morning and evening feeds.

At the maintenance rate for a 400–600kg horse:

• 105g provides approximately 30 days
• 315g provides approximately 90 days

Ingredients and analytical constituents

Composition: proprietary blend of Scutellaria baicalensis and Acacia catechu.

Analytical constituents: crude protein 1.0%, crude oils and fats 0.1%, crude fibre 0.01%, crude ash 5.5% and sodium 0.03%.

Important information

Do not use alongside NSAIDs such as phenylbutazone (Bute), as this may increase the risk of side effects. Seek veterinary advice before changing any existing medication or if your horse is lame, injured or experiencing ongoing discomfort.

Provide constant access to fresh water and forage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and replace the lid after use. This product is a complementary feeding stuff and is not a veterinary medicine.
