IMPORTANT INFO: If you require multiple eGift Cards for different recipients then you will need to place a separate order for each recipient.
eGift Card Terms
Purchasing & Redemption
Gift Cards can be redeemed online against any product available on our website. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Validity
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
Refunds & Returns
If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement Gift Card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or to a credit/debit card when a Gift Card was used for the original purchase.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or void any Gift Card if we suspect it has been obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
