Frequently asked questions

Why choose a mid-calf wellie over a traditional tall boot?

The mid-calf height provides easier freedom of movement through the leg while remaining completely waterproof. It is less restrictive around the calves, making it a fantastic option for longer city strolls or quick errands.

How does the water-dispersing outsole work?

The tread pattern is shaped to push surface water outward away from under your feet as you walk, giving you stable, slip-resistant grip on wet pavements and slick cobblestones.

Can I remove the insoles to use my own custom arch supports?

Yes! The inner footbed is completely removable, so you can swap it out for specialised orthotics, arch support insoles, or cosy thermal inserts for colder days.

How should these wellies be cleaned and maintained?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth, air dry naturally, and store away from direct heat.
